Tuna Salad
Ingredients
- 1 can of Tuna
- 1 can of Water chestnuts, drained and chopped
- 1/2 small Onion, chopped
- 1-2 stalks of Celery, chopped
- 1/2 cup Carrot, shredded
- 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon Soy salt
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Procedure
- Mix ingredients in a bowl
- Cool before serving.
Best served on toast.
2-4 Servings.
