Simple Roasted Oysters
Ingrediants
- 25 small live Oysters
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Procedure
- Rinse the oysters in a Collander and drain well.
- Put the live oysters in the shell in a large Sauté pan on medium-high heat and leave them till their shells open a little
- Take them off, open them on a plate, and season with salt and pepper only.
Thus they are excellent for delicate stomachs.
