Scrambled Eggs
== Ingredients ==
- 3 eggs
- 2-3 tablespoon milk
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup grated old cheddar cheese (optional)
Instructions
- Crack eggs into a measuring cup.
- Add the milk and seasonings. (Salt should be added immediately before cooking, pepper not until after cooking)
- Using a whisk or fork, beat the mixture until foamy. Melt 2 tsp. butter in a frying pan on medium heat
- Pour eggs into frying pan.
- Stir mixture to break up the egg as it cooks and allow more liquid to touch the hot pan.
- When the mixture begins to form curd, increase heat to high and fold over eggs untill no liquid pools.
- Don't over cook the eggs as they will continue to cook after being removed from the pan.
Serves one. Good as-is or with katsup.
