A cold tangy soup, refreshing and unique
Ingredients
- 5 hot house Cucumber
- 4 cups Scallion
- 6 cups Buttermilk
- 1 cup Cream
- 2 tbs Tarragon
- 2 tbs Lemon juice
- 1 tbs Sugar
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Procedure
- peel cucumbers,
- dice into 1/4 inch dice,
- finely chop scallions,
- mix every thing together.
Notes, tips, and variations
- Dill can be substituted for tarragon
